Elven Wand Dangle

When your mage isn't available to teleport you, you're forced to ride with the townsfolk in one of their four wheeled contraptions.  Although comfort isn't always guaranteed, we're sure that adding an Elven Wand dangle to the reverse ocular device will add +2 Speed to your journey.  These dangles are not just limited to transportation devices - they can be stashed anywhere you need a little extra boost.  Just don't tell the mage... we hear they get a little... shall we say, moody?  

Dangles are made with copper and a variety of gemstones and beads.  Attached to a 6-inch stainless steel ball chain, they can be easily attached and removed for a variety of uses.
